In Office Online (Which hasn't been mentioned before), the options and settings available are limited compared to the desktop version of Excel. AutoFill behavior in Office Online can sometimes be affected by browser settings or temporary issues. Here are a few suggestions to try:
- Clear browser cache: Clearing the cache in your browser can help resolve temporary issues. Go to your browser's settings or options, find the option to clear cache or browsing data, and clear it. Restart your browser afterward.
- Try a different browser: If you are using Office Online in one browser, try opening it in a different browser to see if the issue persists. Sometimes, browser-specific issues can affect certain functionalities.
- Check browser settings: Ensure that your browser settings allow for autofill or autocomplete functionality. Some browsers have specific settings related to autofill or form completion. Make sure those settings are enabled.
- Check for browser extensions: Disable any browser extensions or plugins that may interfere with the autofill functionality. Extensions related to form filling or data entry can sometimes cause conflicts.
- Restart your computer: Restarting your computer can help clear any temporary issues and refresh the browser's state.
