Autocomplete dropdown
As far as I can tell Excel has no native capability to make a dropdown that dynamically narrows the list as you type. This would be very useful for data validation dropdowns with very long lists. Does anyone know of a way to do this, like a plugin?
Try a free Excel add-in called "Search deList". It works on Excel 2007 or later. I just released a new version. You can find it here:
