Auto-reveal rows based on cell input?

Good afternoon,

I'm attempting to find a way to cause my spreadsheet to start with hidden cells that only reveal if a certain cell is answered a certain manner.  See below for my example -- the highlighted rows are the ones I would like to be revealed based on the answer in B3.  For example if '3' is in B3, then the rows for Vehicle 1-3 would show.

Is this even something that could work?  I haven't found something that works quite like this in my searching, but I was hoping there might be a way to make it happen.  I appreciate any advice!

I do have some code I've started trying to use, but it's definitely not functioning, let alone as intended.
