Auto Populate a Block (row) of Cells in One Sheet Based On Numerical Value in Cells on Another Sheet

Hey Y'all,

As you can see by the title, I don't even know what formula I need to execute in order to accomplish what I'm hoping to do. 

(First Image) On Sheet One I have a table, in one of the columns of the table, each cell contains a different number - column O cell 6 is 10 representing, 10 min.

(Second Image) I need to find a way to auto populate a row-block of cells on another sheet, equal to the number (O6=10) in the cells on the first sheet. Ideally these blocks would be movable without effecting the borders, fills, etc. of the chart. 

As you can see in the second image, it would create a row-block, 10 cells long which can be moved and placed where we need it.
