Auto-fill not working

Hi. I am trying to fill a series of dates in excel to advance weekly but when I use the drag handle at the bottom of the cell it keeps the same dates but changes the year. Where there used to be autofill options offered  im only getting a dialogue box with formatting/chart/totals/ tables none of which helps me format autofill.

I have autofill option turned on. The file is saved to my onedrive folder on my computer
