attach excel file for analysis

Terrific that you want to assist others, it's what makes forums like this a great place to be!
Maybe the best approach in this instance for the macro enabled file is to email it directly to John. You may want to ask him for his email address and if he's happy to collaborate that way?
I think the sticking point and why it won't upload is the file itself given that macro code can contain viruses and security policies tend to block them as a precaution.

1. When you are reading this, click onto Reply which will allow you to edit the text with formatting.
2. There should be a Browse button below. Find your file (ensure that it is NOT open).
3. Once you have it, click Post. Your file will be uploaded.

Is it same as Choose Files? if so, can you kindly verify if there is an attached "Movie Database" file in your message box.. ( it is just a sample file )

Your screen is a bit different from mine (e.g. I see Browse where you see Choose files).
I see you are trying to upload a macro enabled file. It might be the reason that the upload isn't working as I can't see it.
Are you able to tell me what your Excel query is and maybe we can start from there and work our way up?

Many people in this forum had been very helpful to me and I would like to sort of pay it forward of what I have learned, then I see the post of Mr. John Kerr - Find and delete duplicate - and I know I can do something... I want to send him the Movie Database to help him.. (the code is not well structured, but I have tested it, and it work on my side).
