Assign $ value to an item in pivot table
Hello All,
I work in clinical research, and we are struggling with site payments. We pay a research site based on the type of visit, and the number of those visits submitted each quarter. Each site gets paid a different value for each visit. For the most part, the triggers are the same, but the values are different.
I have the site name, visit name, and associated value in one table. I then have a massive audit trail which details when a site submits a visit and what status that visit is under (multiple statuses for each visit). I would like to be able to use a pivot table as I currently due to tell me the number of visits that have been submitted within an annual quarter, and rather than get a count, get the actual associated value based upon the site, visit, and value for that visit.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
it is possible creating formula next to each feld in order to create your necessity and then create a Povot table to sort and show te information, send me the file and I try to resolve that. my emal diegofdofigueroamunoz@gmail.com

To answer something concrete someone shall build your data model, play a bit with pivot table and after that give an advice. It will be more chances to receive it if you provide small sample of how your data looks.
