Arrows cannot erase in adjacent columns I did place them there

HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Do the cells with the arrows have conditional formatting? You can check by selecting one of them, then select Conditional Formatting > Manage Rules...

No conditional formatting. Used "clear" on home menu to erase everything they listed. Was able to remove formated blue background. Have tried deleting columns. They delete and arrows stay in the new replacement column.???????????Thanks!!!!!
