Arranging a worksheet in a specific way by Macro

I have a sheet containing daily reports showing the compositions of samples taken from 6 different equipments. These daily reports are placed under each other in one workbook as shown in the attached file. I need to extract the daily analyses data for a specific equipment and rearrange them in another workbook so that each row signifies the time at which the sample was taken, and each column shows the % composition. Any suggestion please.
