Appending to Binary Contents in Power Query

I work with a complex simulation that measures events to the tenth of a second, in a two sided stochastic model, with scenarios that can last up to 360 hours, so I have sometime 1,000,000 plus rows in a .csv file.  Power Query easily imports the data and shows me a binary column with "content" that has the header and row info for the replication of the scenario game.  I normally run 33 replications.  It's easy to parse out the name of the case I am running and the replication {seed}, but I cannot figure out how to append this data to the "content"  / discrete rows of the binary column.  Can anyone help?

Is it possible to provide sample file which illustrates how exactly data is structure? Not with 1M rows, just 10 could be enough.
