I put your question through a translator:
Yes, there are ways to view used formulas, hyperlinks, and conditional formatting in Excel:
Formulas: To switch between viewing the results and viewing the formulas that return the results, press `CTRL+`` (grave accent), or on the Formulas tab, in the Formula Auditing group, click the Show Formulas button1.
Hyperlinks: There isn’t a built-in feature to view all hyperlinks. However, you can use Excel’s Find feature (Ctrl+F) and search for “http://” or “https://”, which might be a part of most hyperlinks.
Conditional Formatting:
- To find cells with conditional formatting, select a cell which has the conditional formatting you want to find in other cells. Click Find & Select > Go To Special under Home tab. In the Go To Special dialog box, check the Conditional formats and the Same options, and then click the OK button2.
- To manage conditional formatting rules, on the HOME tab, in the Styles group, click the arrow next to Conditional Formatting, and then click Manage Rules. The list of conditional formatting rules are displayed for the current selection including the rule type, the format, the range of cells the rule applies to, and the Stop If True setting3.
