anchor inserted pics to a cell

Hi!

I have a very simple spreadsheet for a list of people.  I have a column for a pic of each person.  I can insert the pic but when I sort the doc, the pics do not move with their cells.  How do I anchor the pic to it's cell?

    relevant , make sure that the pictures are within the cell boundaries and that the properties are set to Move with cells. The pictures should move with the sort.
