Analysis ToolPak

Hello, I'm having an issue adding the analysis toolpak add in to my exel. I followed my university's instructions but when I go to "options" then "add-ins," it doesn't give me an option to click the toolpak like it says I should. I also have a chrombook, I don't know if thats important or not. I also tried to search the toolpak in the excel search box but it says "Your administrator has not installed Web Add-ins for your organization." What else do I do?
