Analise multi entry data table

Hi!

 

I need help please! I need to figure out how many hours do my team spend in every project (1 code = 1 project). I have one column for each worker, divided in two columns, for codes and number of hours each code. I would love to be able to analise all the data in graphics or easier dynamic tables, but I don't know how. Could anybody help me???
