ALT+D+O+O capabilities

Question

I came across an article about sort of a userform for worksheet by pressing in one of the header ALT+D+O+O , I have columns with drop down lists that seems to be not working .. does this means that it can not work on cell with drop down list? if can, how?

Yes, correct: Data Validation is not possible using Data Forms.
