All excel file suddenly become read only
Hello, I works with MS office 2021 now I facing read only mode on excel files all files on my hard disk or new created on open on Read only !!! I try many methods on google but still the same I ma...
I am at a loss. I am using my own MacBook Pro - not connected to any team, nor am I sharing any of my documents.
I have two documents that routinely turn themselves into "read only" for no reason that I can see. I make a copy, rename it, proceed for a couple of weeks and then find that the new copy has, once again, become 'read only'
I have looked at the fixes listed above and it seems that I don't even have the same menu options that are suggested. When I go to File, there is no "Options" to go to. When I go to "save as" there is no "tools" to click. I can't find any way to find "developer menu"
Am I just stuck in Excel Hell or is there something obvious that I'm missing?
