Advanced page number question

I have a workbook that has multiple tabs.  2 of the tabs have a lot of info on them so when i print they go on multiple pages - as it should.  However when i print - i do not print the first several tabs as that is only data.  I print from page 4 until the end.  I can manually label each tab with a page number except the ones with multiple pages.  So - how do i either 1) set it up to automatically start at page X (Say #7) and label them 7, 8, 9 or manually make them Page 7, Page 8, Page 9?  Thanks ---
