Advanced Filter not following row criteria

Hi all,

I am trying to filter following the binary logic by putting them in the same row as shown below.

Does not contain text1 and does not contain text2

My problem is that by doing it this way the filter only take the second criteria and ignores the first one.

Anyone with a clue on why this is happening?

If I do the same but without the <>,  the filter takes both criteria.
