Advancd Filtering/Compariosn Operators Multiple columns of dates

Hello,

I am trying to advance filter multiple columns of dates using comparison operators. I am unable to get excel to recognize my comparison operators or figure what I am doing wrong.

It will advance filter a single date for each of my columns as long as I don't include the comparison operator along with the date, i.e. <=02/28/2019. When I add the comparison operator, excel pulls back 0 results when I can visibly see I have  dozens and dozens of lines between the columns that meet the criteria.
