Adding Standard Error Mean bars unique to each set of data in the graph

Good morning,

I am having a lot of trouble locating the "chart elements" button in excel online. I'm using a PC w/windows 10. I was able to format my graph and add vertical error bars but they are not unique to each set of my data and I want to customize my error bars. Can someone direct me in how to do this? Most of the videos I've found require use of the "chart elements" tab and I cannot find it for the life of me.
