To add to what Riny_van_Eekelen has said, is it possible for you to post a copy of your spreadsheet as it currently exists, perhaps (if privacy/confidentiality is an issue) copy modified with false names. That, in addition to that more complete description Riny asked for, would go a long way to enabling us to help you.
