adding and subtracting negative numbers .. short and over
this is driving me nuts
I have a specific amount of money (1st number) (could be a positive or negative number).. and I need to take another amount (2nd number) (could be positive or negative as well) and find out how much away from that 1st number (plus or minus) I am.. if below that 1st number I need it red and if more or equal to that that 1st number I need it black..
basically I need short or over

bewitchedisme Use conditional formatting as demonstrated in the attached file. It colours the 2nd number red if it less than the first.
