Adding additional options to Format Cells GUI

Hello all,

I was hoping there is a way to add features/ functions within the Format Cells interface. Number, Alignment, Font, Border, and Fill are all useful, but I was hoping to add features for adjusting column width and row height. Ideally, this function would be paired with the conditional formatting function to be applied to every-other-row/column.

I've tried navigating through the "Customize Ribbon" interface, etc., but have not had any luck and cannot find any other resources online.
