Add Trendline
I would like to ask what is the method of fitting a trendline by adding it inside excel and choosing exponential or power? Is it nonlinear least squares? What is the algorithm again? excel add trendl...
Wang_Yingying Select the series in your chart for which you want to add the trendline. The click the + icon and then the little > sign next to trendline. Finally, choose the More options... item:
For an existing trendline: Click on the trendline and then press control+1 to open it's settings pane.
