"Add Formula" not working in the Formula Builder

First, in order to access the formula builder, I had to download the Office Plug-In (New Installer) from Capital IQ. Once the program was added to Excel, I began to select the information that I needed for my spreadsheet. While in Market Data from the Formula Builder tab, the "ADD FORMULA" option isn't working and that is what I need in order for the data to be transferred over from CapitalIQ. Do I need to add another program in order to access the "ADD FORMULA" option?
