Add "Form" button to QAT

I a using Excel on my MAC desktop and attempting to add a simple "Form" button to the Quick Access Toolbar. When I go to the QAT menu, I see popular commands. I have clicked on the "Commands Not In The Ribbon" and the "All Commands" and I don't see the "Form" button to add to the QAT. Can you help please.
