Add alignment options to conditional formatting

This one should be pretty simple.  I'd like to have the ability to left or right align.  Even better, add indentation levels.  I think implementing this should be straightforward given that it seems all this functionality is already exposed in vba and the DOM so I doubt it'd involve anything major to re-work under the hood.
