Hello Andrew,
It seems that not all features of Excel are available if you run it from a virtual machine.
However, you can change the font color of the form control button as below steps:
- Hover the mouse on the button and then right-click.
- Select Format Control.
- Go to Font tab and then change the font color from there.

Thank you for your response, but i can't find font tab here. Is anything wrong or missed here? I use option button or radio button if you more familiar

Hi Andrew,
Unfortunately, the font color of the Form Control OptionButton isn't changeable!
It's only changeable in the type of ActiveX.

well yeah, thank you. I tried use excel 2010 potable and finally can access activeX. Thank you for your support
