Brook95which Excel features are you trying to access?
You can find Excel Add-ins by navigating to the File tab > Options > in the Excel Options dialog box choose on the left side category Add-ins > in the bottom of the dialog box then select to manage Add-ins and click on the Go button.
That's correct if only such add-ins exist for available Excel version.
Which features and which version of Excel?
