A simple division problem

I'm not a very experienced user....

i've inserted a blank column in an existing spreadsheet and need to calculate the percentage of the adjacent cell to another further to the right.

So the formula looks like this:

In G19, I'm entering =T19/F19.  It gives me a circular reference error.  

What am I doing wrong?
