A Question about Power Query
The current Excel version I use does not have power query feature. I know it is better than formula to extract data in complex case. However, I would like to know whether I need to click "Refresh" to update the result when the data source is updated?

The query doesn't get updated automatically like the formulas.
So you need to hit the Refresh button each time you update the data source.
That's true for the Pivot Tables as well!
