7 year history chart of estimated vs actual costs

I took over a failing construction company 14 months ago, I have all the estimated vs actual cost reports for the past 7 years. I want to make a chart showing this data in Excel.

I have between 30-50 projects per year, I am trying to show the trend of how we are beginning  to succeed vs the failures in the past on one chart. 

Each project has estimated vs actual for:

Materials

Labor

Other

How do I do this?
