2017 Excel - spreadsheet formula - how to not count a negative valve - attached sheet
In this formula =IMSUM(F220,E221,G221), where E221 is a negative number, ( the electric meter went backwards ) the total s/b F220 + G221 only, as that ( -25) is already in G221) . The correct total ...
Riny_van_Eekelen , thank you for reply, but it does not work. I believe because date is also from an imsub. I can send you the excel file so you may see how it all fits together. I keep track of my solar and electric this way. email address removed for privacy reasons
Data in col B is a imsub, the only thing that worked to subtract meter readings. Originally tried =sub.
