Сonsolidated tables are intersects
Hello, Microsoft Excel Community!
Who knows, is there any way (may be a tool) in Excel to determine where the summary tables (Pivottables) overlap?
The window pops up: "The overlap of reports of consolidated tables is unacceptable". Where is it?.. I understand it's somewhere on the boundary tables, but I don't know how to find it.
Help me, please.
- You will get this message whenever you try to update a Pivot Table if... The pivot table would become longer or wider and write over existing data. The best thing to do is have each pivot table on it's own tab or at least not put anything in the way. For example, If you have a pivot table showing Jan, Feb and March, don't put anything to the right of it if you know it will want to add the other months (Apr- Dec) later!
