Workspace Icon missing
I'm using Edge for a long time and have multiple workspaces. All of a sudden, I'm unsure about the situation, but the workspace icon on the top left is missing.
I have searched online for this situation. Few suggested that there would be a feature to show workspaces at settings > appearance .. but i couldn't find any. Below is the screenshot for the appearance section
There is another recommendation as below, but that is also not fruitful
enter edge://flags in the address bar and search #edge-workspaces and set it from Default to Enabled
What could be the reason for workspace missing? How to make it visible again?

Ok, here is something else to check. When doing a search in the flags do not include "#edge-" in your search. Just use "workspace" You should see this
And in horizontal tabs you should see this..

What version of edge are you using? Public? Beta? Dev? Canary?
If you are using the latest Canary Version 138.0.3351.0 (Official build) canary (64-bit), then you will find a little v in the upper left of your browser as seen in this screenshot.There you will find Workspace.

The v does not show up unless you're using vertical tabs. I don't do vertical tabs because I am not used to it. Whatever the recent update was, it screwed things up. Workspaces does not show up in settings, nor does it show up anywhere unless you're using vertical tabs. And even then, you still cannot pin the Workspaces button to the toolbar.
O!!!! I thought I was the only one who is suffering .. this is the problem with Microsoft. They will make us addicted to something and remove that once we become used to . 🤯

I have the following version. Hopefully the official build for the public.

and in it I find these settings..

You should have the same in yours as these are the same versions.
