Theme automatically changes to match Bing NTP image
Starting with the latest Edge Dev build today (139.0.3394.0) if you have your new tab page set to display the Bing wallpaper, the theme will automatically change to select a colour based on the picture without your consent. And if you attempt to reset the theme or change to another one, opening a new tab will just force it to change again. See my video below:
This seems to have been resolved but never acknowledged by Microsoft so I am not sure what happened here.

Looks like this has been resolved on the new Edge Dev build (139.0.3405.9)? After this update, the issue hasn't reoccurred for me (as yet)! 😅

Same issue here. It does it upon loading the home page when edge is opened. Once I change it back to what I want it will stay that way until I restart Edge and then load the home page.

I've been having this issue as well except it doesn't change when I open a new tab. I can't seem to figure out when/why it changes but opening a new tab doesn't immediately trigger it. So I'll just be using my browser for other things and randomly it'll switch to a different color.
