Theme automatically changes to match Bing NTP image
Starting with the latest Edge Dev build today (139.0.3394.0) if you have your new tab page set to display the Bing wallpaper, the theme will automatically change to select a colour based on the pictu...
This seems to have been resolved but never acknowledged by Microsoft so I am not sure what happened here.
I've been having this issue as well except it doesn't change when I open a new tab. I can't seem to figure out when/why it changes but opening a new tab doesn't immediately trigger it. So I'll just be using my browser for other things and randomly it'll switch to a different color.
