I have the same or a similar problem. Edge will not let me access outlook.com or outlook.live.com using Edge browser. I used a chrome variant and it works, so I just will not be using edge on win 11 to check y mail. funny thing is it works when i boot to linux. on edge, on outlook.com.. win11 is all updated. I guess its ok, im spending more time off win11 than on. 90/10
