Hi I am having similar problem here. I can sign in Community, Skype and Microsoft Bing, but cannot sign in Microsoft Edge and Teams. Every time I tried to sign in these two apps, I get the error code 0x80190001.
I have two Microsoft accounts, one work account and one personal. I only need to sync my personal account, but is it possible having a work account can mess up the settings? My workplace has a lot of controls over computer environment.
