Microsoft Edge. Bring back the option to fade inactive apps.
Microsoft, please bring back the option to fade inactive apps. Tab icons are too bright and distracting right now. Also, bright and static icons increase the risk of OLED burn-in for people who own OLED monitors.

I upvote this. The fading icon serves 2 purposes:
1. It provides reassurance that the sleeping tabs feature is working as intended, without requiring users to determine whether it's actually sleeping manually by going to edge://discards.
2. The difference between greyed-out and normal icons helps users quickly distinguish tabs that have not been visited recently from tabs that have been visited recently. This is useful when a user wants to go back to the recently visited tabs while navigating through many tabs. This change removes a visual cue from the browser interface.
Restore the greyed-out tabs icon appearance for sleeping tabs. Alternatively, provide a setting that allows users to enable or disable this visual indicator according to their preferences. - Kelly_Y
