Global media control problems
global media control center is empty, and after having hovered with mouse :
the controls are appearing

- This appears to be a problem we've inherited from Chromium when it comes to non-Youtube sites. If you try Chrome Canary, you'll see something similar.

- It looks like this has since been fixed in Chromium, so I'll ask why we didn't pick up the fix.

I had sent a feedback via the comment tool with a video capture a few weeks ago...
- I have observed the same thing for numerous builds (many month) now and can confirm this happens on a Mac and PC running the latest Canary builds (1255 and 1263, respectively).
- My situation : for many months, Indeed, problem. Windows, edge canary but Also dev since version 97 or 98...
