Global media control problems

global media control center is empty, and after having hovered with mouse : the controls are appearing

I have observed the same thing for numerous builds (many month) now and can confirm this happens on a Mac and PC running the latest Canary builds (1255 and 1263, respectively).

My situation : for many months, Indeed, problem. Windows, edge canary but Also dev since version 97 or 98...
