Where's the "Sharing and more" menu which has "Open all"? (The context menu works OK for me.)

I don't have that in Dev 80.0.345.0.
(Even though I do have "Open all" (x 3) on the Collections context menu.)
- Yes i realized those features are part of the controlled feature rollout, they didn't mention it there
