Collections is now live in Edge Dev and Edge Canary

So i figured out this is in fact a Controlled Feature Roll-out, meaning it is not enabled by default for everyone in the world, in some countries, even if you are on 80.0.338.0 and later, you still need to enable Collections using the flag.
I've tested it with multiple VPNs and that's how i found this, in some countries it is available by default like the post says but in some other countries it is still not enabled by default.
