Block Microsoft from running experiments in the Microsoft Edge browser

We're using the registry key instead of the GPE (no need to add anything)

And we've finally got a "normal" sized title bar back (like before)

All that's missing are white buttons instead of black ones (like before) and the ability to remove borders from web pages

We're still using an older version of Edge, without borders and with white buttons

PS : It also works on stable Edge, since this "feature" (which is useless) is added in this way.
