Copilot Missing from M365 Portal
From one day to the next, Copilot Chat disappeared from the portal on one of our small clients' accounts.
It's available and working in all other Copilot applications, but it simply disappeared from the Office portal.
This is a premium business subscription without a Copilot license. The user has two PCs, and the problem occurs identically on both. No changes have been made.
Community, do you have any ideas or suggestions on what the problem might be?
Thanks

Old Thread but to give a feedback to this problem.... after some days Copilot appeared again in the portal, but it's still not present in the applications. This is an issue that s also happening in other tenants. Some Business/business basic/Business Premium subscriptions seem to have problems in showing copilot inside the applications. This is valid for applications and for web versions.
siastolf this sounds like an issue with the update channel.
Go to https://config.office.com/officeSettings and on the inventar menu check if the devices are in the correct update channel.
And than there is the configuration in the M365 Admin Center to pin Copilot in all apps for all users.
siastolf you talk about the Microsoft 365 Business Premium license and Copilot Chat?
Please have a check on:- Browser cache
- Did you try Edge or Chrome browser to open Copilot Chat in the browser?
- License rollout, check the options you activated (and deactivated) when rolling out M365 Business Premium license to this and other users

Have the same issue, some of our users are reporting that Copilot disappeared from Microsoft 365 portal. Copilot seems to have disappeared from Teams too.
To be more clear, office portal shows as follow
