URGENT: Tenant Lockout, Without Global Admin Access for 2 Weeks – Existing Case Not Escalated
Can a Microsoft moderator please initiate or verify escalation to the Data Protection/Tenant Recovery team and contact me privately for our service request number? Our healthcare practice has been unable to regain Global Administrator access to our Microsoft 365 tenant for approximately two weeks. We have already opened a support case, completed the verification steps requested by Microsoft, contacted support multiple times, requested escalation to the Tenant Recovery/Data Protection team, and requested to speak with management. Despite all of this, we still do not have administrative control of our tenant and have not been given a clear path to resolution. This is now a serious business continuity and security concern for our organization. We are not requesting a standard password reset or routine Dynamics 365 support. We need assistance with restoring administrative control of our Microsoft 365/Entra tenant. Can a Microsoft moderator please help verify that our case has been escalated to the appropriate Data Protection/Tenant Recovery team and contact me privately so I can provide our existing service request number and any ownership-verification information needed? We are happy to provide all case details privately. I do not want to post sensitive tenant, account, or company security information publicly. At this point, we urgently need someone within Microsoft to take ownership of the escalation and help us regain Global Administrator access.julielopz86Sep 07, 2026Occasional Reader7Views0likes0CommentsCan Copilot handle repeatable account reviews, or do SMBs need agents?
Hi everyone, I’m trying to better understand how small and medium-sized businesses are using Microsoft 365 Copilot for recurring business-review workflows. A pattern I see often is account or customer review prep. For example, a team may manage dozens of customers, merchants, partners, vendors, or locations. Every month or quarter, someone needs to pull performance data, summarize what changed, create slides or a short report, recommend next actions, organize the files, and send follow-up notes. For those of you using Copilot in a small or mid-sized business: - Is Copilot enough for this kind of recurring workflow using Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint? - Where does the process still become manual or hard to repeat? - Do you need to handle many accounts/customers/locations in one run, or is one at a time enough? - How important is history tracking across months or quarters? - Would automatic OneDrive or SharePoint organization be useful so each account has a durable review history? - What would make AI-generated summaries, slides, and action plans trustworthy enough for executive or customer-facing use? I’m especially interested in the business-user perspective: account managers, customer success teams, sales/partner managers, operations teams, and small business leaders who prepare recurring reviews or performance updates. For context, we recently built a Microsoft 365 Marketplace agent focused on merchant QBR preparation, but my broader question is about the workflow pattern: what do SMB users actually want Copilot or workflow-specific agents to do when recurring review work spans data, slides, files, and follow-up? Curious how others are approaching this.yang_intellithingSep 03, 2026Copper Contributor32Views0likes0Comments腾龙公司游戏网址

We are a small manufacturing company with 9 users on Microsoft 365 Business Standard and Business Basic. We have invested heavily in SharePoint Lists and Excel-based business data. We need an affordable AI licence focused on searching and querying our SharePoint Lists, Excel files and document libraries. Current Copilot licensing is too expensive for deployment across our whole business. We would strongly consider a lower-cost "Copilot Data Search" licence focused on natural-language querying of company data. Example: "Show all Extension springs using 1/2" wire." Please consider a small-business pricing tier. Company data license... don't know how to word it right. But for the purpose, copilot is way too uneconomical for these types of users.SPRexJul 05, 2026Iron Contributor126Views0likes1CommentEnd users not seeing the option "Select Brand" from PowerPoint Copilot
Hello I have followed the instructions in this guide https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/copilot/enterprise-brand-manager to push out a brand kit to end users, however very frustratingly, users do not have access to the "Select Brand" option within PowerPoint Copilot setting (i.e. PowerPoint.Cloud.Microsoft web instance) Steps i performed over a week ago! 1- Enabled enterprise Brand Manager policy - Config.office.com 2. Created a Brand Kit ( https://m365.cloud.microsoft > Waffle Menu > Create > More... > Brand Kits. Ensured it's published adn Official) 3. Brand kit is published and Official, see below * Screenshot place holder - Forbidden by microsoft! * I have tested this on over three different users via PowerPoint.Cloud.Microsoft and desktop app All of these users have Copilot Premium licenses for more than a few months! MY EXPERIENCE I seem to be the only user that has this option "Seelct Brand"; * Screenshot place holder - Forbidden by microsoft! * END USER EXPERIENCE This is what the end user within the same tenancy, and is deffo logged into their business account; * Screenshot place holder - Forbidden by microsoft! * End users can access the Official Branding Kit; This is becoming very frustrating and shoud just work! At a small business that has access to readonly reports from NetSuite for retail inventory etc. Is there an existing MCP server that is available that can be easily integrated (no-code). Alternately, within CoWork, is there a plug-in that has skills and connectors for NetSuite that I can potentially search for and re-use through community or third party licenses.tfaiMay 21, 2026Copper Contributor189Views0likes0CommentsUsing AI to prep managers before performance reviews. What are you doing?
We're a 50 person company and review season is coming up. Our managers keep saying they dont have enough context on their direct reports when its time to write reviews. Someone suggested using Copilot to summarize Teams chats and emails but that feels like it would miss the actual performance data like goals and feedback. Whats everyone else doing to help managers prep for reviews? Is there some AI-powered tool that pulls together the actual relevant stuff?CandyMullanyMay 21, 2026Brass Contributor252Views0likes2CommentsErrors in source file retrieval from the knowledge base in copilot agents?
Hi all, I understand that copilot agents are connected to MS Graph, which maps the relationships between all the data stored in your MS 365 tenancy (sharepoint, onedrive files, emails etc). Recently, I created an agent and assigned a specific folder to the knowledge base and turned off the "use web content" toggle, because I wanted the responses to be very directly tailored to my folder (inclu. sub-folders with multiple files). I then tested if/how well the agent retrieved specific files using this prompt: "Can you please tell me how many files are in this folder and list the files in the folder? [Insert link to sub-folder in from the main folder in the knowledge base]" The agent responded with (1) an incorrect count and (2) listed a few files that were not in the sub-folder but in another part of the knowledge base. As I understand it, it is a counting error in (1) and retrieval+indexing error in (2). I'm more concerned about (2) because I'm worried the agent isn't retrieving (and therefore, using the info in) all the files in an important folder (when specifically linked to it even). Questions: (a) Where is this error happening in the indexing process within MS graph? Am I misunderstanding where the error lies? Any ideas on why an agent is naming the wrong files in a folder within its own knowledge base?? (b) Do agents created within the copilot agents web interface use Azure AI Search for semantic indexing or is that only for more custom RAG solutions created "from scratch" using foundry, SDK, etc? Do copilot agents use Microsoft Search to query and index files used in a response? Thanks!mv2026May 21, 2026Copper Contributor428Views0likes2Comments
