The data in that dashboard is always current as it is based on the hardware inventory.
Yes you can see the underlaying sql queries but they are not simple to get too, in a nutshell they are all based on the v_gs_upgrade.... Sql view. However if I Remember right there are ssrs reports which are easier to view the queries.

Trying to find the same information, Having the queries is practically a must to figure out why a computer gets flagged as "yellow" or "orange" the information for this isn't listed anywhere. listing the applications/drivers to figure out which ones are raising the flag isn't really a viable option in large environments. I tried looking at the V_gs_upgrade..., view but couldn't figure out how to get the information. The reports you mentionned must be custom because they don't seem to be in the standard view.
If you have a clue to give me so i can at least figure out where to start searching i'd be thankful
