Transferring customer web-direct subscriptions to partner

Apologies if this is not the correct board. Could someone direct me to any guidance on how to transfer a customer's web-direct Azure and license-based subscriptions (no other partner) to a CSP direct-bill partner? Are web-direct ->CSP partner transfers even supported?
