Overview of linked learning and university user profiles

Hi,

Is there an overview of all linked learning and partner university profiles of employees in the partner center?

I miss a list of the users who are linked to our partner account, including the users who do not yet have any certifications or similar.

Thanks a lot and best regards!

Cliff

      Hi,
Thanks a lot, but this only includes active Trainings I think. I wanted to get a list of linked user, also if they didn´t start a training or something else.

Dear Cliff, this report DOES show also certifications and expiry of certifications.
  • Hi Cliff_Simon

I've read the user guide and did not find information about a report that shows everyone who has an account, including those who have not started learning courses. However, if you're the Global Admin, once you sign in, you should the "Access Reports" option. Try selecting that option to see if it gives the report you're looking for:

Otherwise, since the Global Admin has access to the Dashboard, this person should see the Groups tile on the Dashboard.

The Groups tile contains the names of the learners in your organization who have onboarded to Partner University and who have taken at least one action in the system.

For profilers who have no certifications/learning activities (such as new employees), the users must sign in to their Learner Dashboard, select a course and begin moving through the course modules. This activity will cause the system to “see” the user and he/she will appear in your Groups tile.

Each person to whom you want to assign training will need to complete two steps:

    • The employee will need to associate to your company’s Partner ID account by using these instructions.
    • The employee will need to create a profile in Partner University by using these instructions

    Hope this helps!

      Hi,
Thanks a lot, but this only includes the University, but not the Learning- and Certification-Profiles, I think.
Is there a way for Learning/Certifiacation too?
